Seattle Cotton Works and the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) have announced a recall of about 40,000 hoodies sold exclusively at Kohl’s department stores.  The product numbers are: BSF9647783, BSF9677758, BSF9677791, BSF9647768, BSF9677761, and BSF9677902.

If you have one of these sweatshirts, the first thing to do is to remove the drawstring, which poses a choking hazard to children.  You can then contact Seattle Cotton Works for a refund.  Their phone number is 800-533-8922 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday, or visit the company’s recall page.
